By accessing logicschema-core.digital or using our educational materials, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the site or enroll in programs arranged through it.
Services described
LogicSchema Core provides informational content and training related to air-gapped wallet audit workflows. Published prices are informational. Binding enrollment terms, if any, are confirmed in a separate written agreement or invoice after contact.
Intellectual property
Site copy, schemas, logos, and course structures are owned by LogicSchema Core or its licensors. You may not copy, resell, or publicly redistribute course materials except as expressly permitted in your enrollment license.
Acceptable use
You may not attempt to disrupt the site, misuse contact forms, scrape content at abusive rates, or use materials to facilitate unlawful activity. You remain solely responsible for how you apply educational content in your environment.

Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, LogicSchema Core is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or reliance on educational materials. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the site is limited to the greater of KRW 100,000 or the amounts you paid us for the specific service giving rise to the claim in the prior three months.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify LogicSchema Core against claims arising from your misuse of the site, violation of these terms, or application of training content in your operations.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in Seoul shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections that cannot be waived.
Changes
We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use after the update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
