Air-gapped wallet audit workflow

The LogicSchema sequence keeps people, devices, and evidence in the same order every time—so handoffs between Seoul desks and remote witnesses stay legible.

The six gates

  1. Declare scope

Write the asset classes, device families, and locations under review. Capture what is out of scope so ceremony time is not spent debating it.

  2. Intake & seal check

Photograph packaging, record serials, and assign a temporary audit ID before any power-on sequence.

  3. Isolate

Confirm Faraday posture, disabled radios, and cable policy. Log who verified isolation and at what clock time.

  4. Observe signing readiness

Witnesses confirm firmware hashes and policy scripts. No seed material is collected or typed into online systems.

  5. Move payloads carefully

Use the approved transfer medium only. Dual control signs the transfer log; failed attempts are recorded, not erased.

  6. Pack evidence

Assemble hashes, photos, witness statements, and anomaly notes into the schema export. Archive with retention labels.
